The first time you use Online Banking, we will ask you to enter your "Access ID." Use your Biddeford Savings Bank Account Number for this and select the account type from the drop down menu at right.
Your Password will be one of two multi-digit codes. The code you will need to use depends on whether you have ever used Biddeford Savings Bank's automated telephone banking system. If you have, you will need to use the four-digit PIN that you use for telephone banking. If you have never used telephone banking, and have never established a PIN for telephone banking, you must contact the Deposit Operations Department or call your local branch to obtain your initial password information.
Please note: Your telephone banking PIN will not be changed in this process.
Once you have logged in successfully for the first time, we will ask you to specify a new Access ID and a new Password.
Your new Access ID may be anything you like, such as "SummerFun" or "SoxFan," but it must be unique to Online Banking.
Your new Password must be at least 8 characters but no more than 12 and it must contain at least one letter and one number. For your own security, avoid passwords that are easy for others to guess, such as your birthday or predictable sequences, such as "A-B-C-1-2-3."
Do not ‘Save’ your password if your browser offers you that option. This could jeopardize the security of your account access.
If you are logged on to Online Banking but there is no activity for 15 minutes the session will end automatically and you will need to enter your Access ID and Password again.
You will need to call the Bank at 207-284-5906 if you have any difficulty logging in or if you forget your password or if the system has locked you out after 3 unsuccessful log in attempts.
